Don’t be fooled by the lure of Gold Parties.  They are not legal.  To buy gold, diamonds and other jewelry you MUST hold a Secondhand Dealers license issued by the Department of Justice.  Furthermore, you must conduct all business from the address listed on you license.  It is important that you know you are getting a fair price, therefore, if you go to a gold party-get a quote.  Then take it to your local CAPA pawnshop and compare.  You will find that they will pay alot more.
